Deep Change™ is a cashback app with a twist every purchase gives a little back to the planet. By turning everyday spending into positive impact, the brand rewards users for choosing better. Our role spanned naming, visual identity, and app product design, creating something that felt as inspiring as the change it fuels.


The challenge
The idea was simple but powerful: use cashback to fund sustainable charities. But communicating that without sounding like every other “do good” brand? That was the hard part. We needed a name and visual world that felt optimistic, modern, and empowering — something that could live in both fintech and purpose-driven spaces without losing its edge.

The approach
The name Deep Change™ captured the brand’s belief that impact starts beneath the surface — a nod to both inner transformation and ocean restoration. That connection flowed through every design choice. The colour palette drew from the depths of the ocean, combining dark purples and deep blues that shift like light underwater — symbolising depth, renewal, and possibility.

Visually, the identity centred on momentum and ripple effects — the idea that small shifts can create big waves. A flexible logo, kinetic patterns, and a flowing app interface became metaphors for growth, generosity, and positive disruption.

The outcome
The result is a brand that feels alive, hopeful, and human. Deep Change™ launched with a name and identity that resonate emotionally, paired with an app experience that makes giving feel effortless. Because real change doesn’t happen on the surface — it happens deep down, where small actions ripple outward.
